Onawa, Iowa (January 9, 2025) — Williams & Company is proud to announce the promotions of Alexandrea Keller and Chad Regnier to the firm’s shareholder team. This achievement highlights their dedication, expertise, and contributions to the firm over the years.
Alexandrea (Alex) Keller is a newly appointed shareholder managing the West Des Moines, IA office for Williams & Company, P.C. Alex has nearly ten years’ experience in public accounting and in delivering a wide range of audit and consulting services to long-term care organizations and continuing care retirement communities. Alex also serves on the firms’ Audit and Accounting Committee and Learning Ladder Committee.
Alex began employment with Williams & Company in June 2015 after receiving her B.A. in Accounting from Buena Vista University. Alex is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Iowa. She has memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. Alex is a 2018 graduate of the AICPA’s Leadership Academy and a 2022 graduate of Upstream Academy’s Emerging Leaders Academy. She has presented on long-term care subjects at numerous LeadingAge Iowa and Iowa Healthcare Association conferences. In addition to presenting at these conferences, she also attends numerous educational events held by both state and national long-term care associations.
Alex consistently demonstrates a passion for excellence in accounting and client service. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to helping clients thrive have made her a standout professional at Williams & Company. As a new shareholder, Alexandrea will leverage her leadership skills to mentor staff and ensure the firm’s continued success in delivering exceptional financial services to our clients.
Chad W. Regnier is a newly appointed shareholder managing the Onawa, IA office of Williams & Company, PC. Chad has thirteen years of experience in public accounting. Chad received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business with a minor in Accounting from South Dakota State University in 2010 and his Master’s in Professional Accountancy from the University of South Dakota in 2011. He has continued his education in various finance, accounting, auditing, and tax seminars sponsored by the AICPA, Government Finance Officers Association, and other professional organizations.
Chad began employment with Williams & Company in January 2012. His responsibilities include individual, partnership, exempt organization, and corporate income tax preparation as well as preparation of complied, reviewed and audited financial statements. Audit experience in the following industries, municipal governments, counties, not-for-profit organizations, private colleges, school districts, and OMB Single Audits for governmental and not-for-profit agencies. Chad also services on the firms’ Audit and Accounting Committee, and Tax Committee. Chad is a graduate of Upstream Academy’s Emerging Leaders Academy.
Chad is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Iowa. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
