Companies across the state entered the two-part survey process to be considered; the second part was a third-party survey of our own employees.
Rankings were revealed at a special award ceremony and in the December 2023 issue of Business Alabama. Now in its thirteenth year, the survey and awards are “designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Alabama, benefiting the economy, workforce, and businesses.”
