In addition, Steve offers clients exceptional technical knowledge in taxation and business planning. Steve’s clients include high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses. Steve’s training and experience, gained while working with both national and small business clients, deliver a unique perspective to SPS. Rick Schenkel oversees work with clients in the Entertainment Industry, as well as leading the Business Management and Personal Financial Planning Departments. The firm’s Business Management department also includes family office outsourcing and accounting/CFO outsourcing services. He has additional responsibilities based on his role as Managing Shareholder of the firm. Rick has a special place in his heart for clients in the Entertainment industry. Marta Botten joined Sobul, Primes & Schenkel in 2019 as the Director of Business Management and is one of the main points of contact for the firm’s clients. Marta brings to Sobul, Primes & Schenkel more than 25 years of experience in business management, client accounting, and Datafaction expertise. Marta plays a lead role in the day-to-day operations of the Business Management Department, ensuring client accounts are well-managed and keeping a close eye on the details. She has extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry, supervising the financial affairs of high net worth clients ranging from musicians, actors, writers, directors, to the executives who manage the talent.
