Mitch, who joined the firm in 2004, brings a wealth of experience in accounting and management advisory, making him a valuable asset to the leadership team.
In his role as Principal, Mitch will continue to focus on delivering exceptional services in tax planning, tax preparation, financial statement preparation, and general business consulting. His specialization in corporate and Principalship tax preparation, along with expertise in financial statement preparation, positions him as a trusted advisor to clients seeking comprehensive financial solutions.
Mitch holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and finance from the University of Iowa and he received his Enrolled Agent certification with the Internal Revenue Service in November of 2022. As an active member of the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants (ISCPA), Mitch stays involved in industry trends and advancements.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mitch has served as the Treasurer for the City of Durant and contributed his time as a Youth Sports Coach. Mitch is also the Treasurer for Boy Scout Pack 153 and participates in the Athletic and Music Boosters in Durant.
